These Terms & Conditions govern all services, artworks, and projects undertaken by Indian Art Projects. By placing an order or engaging our services, the client agrees to these terms.
All artwork, designs, murals, installations, or customized art projects will be executed as per the agreed concept, size, materials, timeline, and quotation. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges.
1. An advance payment is required before the commencement of any project.
2. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion or as per the agreed payment schedule.
3. Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project timelines are estimated and may vary due to site conditions, weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Indian Art Projects will not be held liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
The client must ensure site readiness, permissions, and access required for execution. Any delays caused due to site unavailability or incomplete information may affect the project schedule and cost.
All artwork designs, concepts, and creative content remain the intellectual property of Indian Art Projects unless explicitly transferred in writing. Reproduction or reuse without permission is prohibited.
Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, surface conditions, or material limitations. These variations are considered acceptable and not defects.
Indian Art Projects is not responsible for damage caused after project completion due to natural wear, weather, mishandling, vandalism, or lack of maintenance.
In case of project cancellation by the client after work has commenced, all costs incurred up to that point must be paid. Advance payments are non-refundable.
Indian Art Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the artwork or services provided.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Indian Art Projects reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
